We welcome Revd Andrew Web who joins Dane and Trent Circuit as superintendent minister in September. Revd Andrew will have pastoral responsibility for Bosley, Key Green, Rood Lane and Trinity. He introduces himself as follows:
I am married to Sarah, and we have 2 adult sons. Sam is married to Kat and they are both teachers living in Sheffield. They have a little boy, Jonah, who will be 2 in November.
Joe works as a social worker in London and is getting married to Emma in October. She is a literary agent. Sarah’s parents are in West Yorkshire and mine are in Birmingham.
Sarah and I have been married for 35 years and although I was a nurse when we got married, she has had 27 years to get used to having a Methodist minister for a husband! Ministry has taken us to the North of Scotland, Cumbria, Lancashire, North Yorkshire and now to Cheshire.
Sarah and I are both looking forward to getting to know the folk in the churches and circuit and I am excited about working alongside the staff and church families as together we seek to serve God and explore God’s calling.
When not working I enjoy time with family, being in my garden, running, theatre trips, and holidays.
