At the beginning of Christian Aid Week there will be an open ecumenical service.  The speaker will be Professor Richard Baker who will talk about Christian Aid and the work which it does to tackle the effects of climate change. All are welcome.

No matter how bad things seem to be for us, unfortunately there are people in the world who can only dream of what we take for granted. During Christian Aid Week we try to level things up a bit and give those in need a little help.

Regardless of whether you give to Christian Aid or not, please use the message of this week to help those in our community who are in need.  The message of the Good Samaritan is not limited by geography and our neighbours in need may actually be next door!
