Calendar: General |  Category: Holmes Chapel

Event: Keep Singing
Date: Saturday, 15 April 2023, 10:00 - 12:00
Location: Church
Activity:

We are trying to build the repertoire from requests received from people attending, so we hope that in the hour of singing, there will be songs to keep everyone happy! Just as a taster for Saturday, ‘Thank you for the Music’ along with ‘Dancing Queen’ will hopefully appeal to Abba fans, ‘Consider Yourself’ from Oliver covers a request for songs from the shows. We have the Skye Boat song, Streets of London and Show me the way to Amarillo which will remind some of their younger days and we will Sing Hosanna to the King of Kings in one of the hymn choices. We are trying to build the repertoire from requests received from people attending, so we hope that in the hour of singing, there will be songs to keep everyone happy! Please bring your requests for future sessions. Coffee/tea and biscuits follow our singing.
