During August, the Children & Families Mission, Congleton Parish, are running an online holiday club based on The Lion King. This is primarily for school years 1-6 (ages 5-11).

Over the 5 weeks we will be following the journey of Simba as he finds his place in the world and alongside this we will be thinking about our place in God’s big story, from creation, to the cross to now. Every Saturday at 9am that week’s videos will go live.

From film clips, crafts, bible stories, action songs and a thought for the day, everything will help us learn more about who God is and who he asks us to be.

There is a promotional video on YouTube (https://youtu.be/xxDEwtxlAkA). Please feel free to share it with your church families and feel free for them to share it further.

Our goal is to provide something for our children over the holidays, to have fun and help them grow in their relationship with God. If our holiday club can be of use to you then so much the better.
