Instead of dark and scary things, our Halloween display is about the light and hope God gives, symbolised by the rainbow.
We have a rainbow in the garden and a tree hung with lights and coloured stars in the Church porch. The stars have prayers, hopes and names in remembrance written on them. People have been invited by whatever means they can to write a message of hope, a prayer, remembrance of someone, etc on to the stars
Look in the Church windows for more stars and coloured-in pictures. These have been made by the children and adults we have been able to contact safely.
We hope our display reminds you that in all the darkness of this difficult time God is always with us. Perhaps you could be one of His messengers shining light and bringing hope.
